panel wiring as per electrical drawing,
- Creating GA & Wiring, SLD, Schematic Drawing by
using AUTOCAD
- PLC, VFD,HMI Installation wiring and Programming
such as Rockwell, Siemens, etc.
- Control Panel design
- Variable speed drive
- Vision system to read bar code labels / Keyence
/Cognex brand camera.
- Eplan / AutoCAD/SolidWorks
- Control panel Electrical parts selection and
Knowledge in UL standard will be added advantage.
- Also, Knowledge in Wiring drawing standard NEC or
NFPA70(US Safe electrical wiring standard).
- 4-6 years' experience in SPM and Material
Handling Equipment's
- Highly Proficient with Solidworks
- Design company products using Solid Works.
- Create bills of material and routings for use in
cost estimates and manufacturing
- Create owner's manuals, Test procedures, and
other engineering deliverables as required.
- Perform engineering computations for sizing
equipment components.
- Knowledge in manufacturing process - Sheetmetal,
Fabrication & Machining
- Good verbal and written communication skill
- 4 to 6 Years experience in Layout design, and
Material Handling Equipment's
- Highly Proficiency in
- Autodesk Inventor
- Navisworks
- AutoCAD
- Solidworks
- Good Verbal and Written communication skill
- Experience in Parcel/Distribution/E-commerce
conveyor system is preferred
